Sara Ilveskorpi (b.1970)

I work in visual and community art, utilisign multimedia. I make works based on photographs, graphic art, video and installations. I have graduated in visual art from Turku Arts Academy and I am presently studying in Aalto University for an MA degree in art pedagogy. Main themes in my work are deep ecology and posthumanism. I am interested in the ontological dimensions of being human. I belong to Turku Artists' Association and The Association of Finnish Printmakers. I work on Island Kimito in western Finland in the artists' community of Ateljé Tjuda Pedagogio.
